I suspected this to be a mod, but never saw one this "shiny" and clean, that's all. lol
Yeah, I guess the person just went overboard like you said, could tone it down a bit, I guess.

I use that mod in combination with Xenius Detailed faces. That makes the faces a bit 'dirty', but still removes the ugly wrinkles.

Well. After mucho contemplation and listening to the official soundtrack, I moved all my saves and am starting fresh. I'm done experimenting, now I'm gonna play the character I mean to stick by through it all and beyond (in Skyrim that is.)

Seriously! What is the deal with Dunmer eye bags? Are they having trouble sleeping from all the cultural guilt? Or is the frigid air of Skyrim drying out their delicate elven skin?
