I decided to come up with a backstory, just to give her motives etc:

She's a refugee from Summerset Isle. Her family were killed by the Thalmor when she was young because they didn't support the war. She was taken to Bruma by her surviving grandparents, but they were killed after the war during the burning of the Great temple of Talos (made that bit up). She joined a small resistance but was captured... thus her adventure began...

I wish Bethesda did the less harsh elves thing by default, but someone there seems to determined to follow Wizard's (of the coast) force-march off a cliff and into the uncanny valley.

When it comes to female Dunmer I agree, to the extent of the eyebags, those just look terrible.

As you can see from my recent post though, I prefer male Dunmer a little more rough around the edges, Morrowind left an impact on me and I like how the Dunmer look as harsh and inhospitable as their homeland.

THIS I like. A name that sticks with the lore and a effin' badass character through and through. Nice job, mate.

That is exactly the vibe I was going for, so thank you. Nothing beats a grouchy, cynical, snarky Dunmer who can cut your head off and roast you like a pig at the same time.

Male Dunmer are spot-on perfect. The females on the other hand...they all didn't look old and wrinkled in Morrowind.

And yeah, my thoughts exactly, male Dunmer look exactly as I envisioned them while playing Morrowind (If that makes any sense, seeing as I could see them in the game, but...I don't know where this is going.), they are just as they should be. The female ones are fine, but I really don't understand why every complexion option has those bags under the eyes, it just doesn't look right on what is supposed to be a young Dunmer woman, so I quickly got rid of those.

I'll see about getting some pictures of my Khajiit up soon, pretty happy with how he turned out, might tweak him a bit though.

I'm a Bosmer archer, the best Tamriel has to offer. Fiercely loyal to the Aldmeri Dominion, I have infiltrated the ranks of the Imperials, working as a double agent to further intensify the hostilities currently tearing apart Skyrim, and relay what I know to the Thalmor. Although my Wood Elf brethren may prefer to keep themselves away from any conflict, I have a lust for blood, combat, knowledge, and coin. While I have no real allegiance to either the Imperials, or the Stormcloaks, I take great pleasure in silently ending the lives of any and all of Ulfric's men, due to their very open displays of racism and hatred towards Elven kind.

This is my first Elder Scrolls game, but I am trying to delve into the lore of the series a bit. At this point, that is my background story and I am sticking to it, whatever holes it may have.
