I can understand not liking the barbie doll look, but personally I can't stand the way the vanilla elves all look like creepy middle-aged aliens. I don't remember that being the case in Oblivion. Even with the face smoother mods, there's still enough variation in things like the eyes and brows to give them a distinct look. Being blue doesn't hurt either.

Ick. I totally won't lie, I don't mind pretty (Though I was just kind of keen on a bit less wrinkles on some of the races. I thought it was kinda weird how nord women have such great skin while imperials and bretons get left out to dry) but those tend to take it too far. If I remember right, the creases came from normal mapping, so maybe if I found a different normal map it might fix it? I also want to revert the ones on my Elves, I accidentally got the ones that made them smooth and it looks kind of awful on them not to mention totally not cool. I should say mostly in the case of the Altmer, because the way their faces are naturally shaped is complimented by the ridges, which help to highlight the whole difference between men and mer!

You didn't play Morrowind, did you? I'm glad the elves went back to being proper looking TES elves rather then Tolkien elves aka humans with pointy ears.

LIke some others here I vastly prefer the non-modded look for all females actually, and I hope people will keep posting those as well since they are far more interesting looking and have far more character, in my opinion.

I agree. Some of the most amazing looking characters were from the pre-mod days. Now we get a lot of females that look made of plastic and really clash with the game's art style.

Very nice! Reminds me of my first playthrough with my warrior with similar gear. I forgot how nice good 'ol iron armor looks like... especially on burly warrior type characters.

Quick question. I'm new to this and would love to post some pics, but I'm totally used to games that allow screenshots in game for the xbox. Are most if not all these PC? And any suggestions on an easy set up to get some screenshots going off my console? Thanks!

All clean ones are PC, yea. Consoles don't have any other options than blurry cell phone / digi cam pics

They can use a capture card. They are not very expensive, and you can also use them to make Let's Plays without impacting the game's performance like Fraps does.
