Show us your Settlement or Home Base!

Post » Mon Nov 30, 2015 9:35 pm

Not sure if there is a topic on this already but I was wondering if anyone has any cool settlements that they have made in Fallout 4 they want to show?

To get the ball rolling here are the settlements I have created

The first is the Red Rocket outdoor beer lounge

And here is my base in Diamond City

Anyone have any settlements they want to share?

Hey, nice settlements! Kudos for making videos. We actually have a "show us your settlement" thread that you can post in http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1556048-show-off-your-settlements

Very impressive, I didn't place that much effort into my red rocket pad. Did you find that mechanical arm that hangs down from the roof outside the red rocket next to where you placed the pool table a pain in the backside? I sure did, I want to remove it but can't! Speaking of pool tables, you need to find some pool balls & cues to place on it, that's what I did just for added effect. Good effort though, you did better than me :tops:

Placing the pool table wasn't so much of an issue but the floorboards under the robot arm were a little bit of a pain for some reason, only way around it (or under it) was to have an already existing floorboard to snap to but even then you need to be standing in just the right spot for it to register

As for pool balls and cues I actually had planned to do that, even collected the balls and the cues and one of those triangles but got lazy at the last minute :P

I love what you've done with Red Rocket! I think yours is the best setup there that I've seen so far! It's neat how the settlers are all congregating around the bar area, sitting on the seats, and eating noodles. It looks just like they really live there. Love it!

I think there is a thread and you might get told off.

Having said that, loving what you've done with the Rocket Diner. Made it into a vibrant place worth living for again. Despite the barren lands, desert, and perilous surroundings. I find Diamond city a little less interesting.

Edit: By the by, how do your skulls, bottles and decorations remain in place? Did you just put them there for the video?

Yeah I have posted in the actual settlement thread so if the mods want to delete this thread they can go for it, did not realize it was there before I made this thread.

As for the skulls and bottles they fell through the shelves as soon as I exited the area so yeah they were only good for 1 video :P
