Remember the Skyrim reveal trailer with Dovahkiin sprinting through the very cold path? "You should have acted!"

The details of the rocks, trees and entire atmosphere was chilling.

Remember when Dovahkiin stopped himself at the cliff and you could see him looking down and his arms were up trying to keep his balance?

I couldn't wait to experience all of that in the game.

That may or may not be the best screen on your part, but Fallout 4's screens still look like they have more than that: Higher texture resolution, more reflective metal surfaces, godrays, and maybe even some ambient occlusion. And yes, a better art style, although that can't really be measured objectively.

By all means, compare Fallout 4 with current-gen games and it probably isn't the cutting edge. But it's disingenuous to say that it looks like it belongs on the last-gen.

Keep in mind that the Artist from Fallout 3 is no longer with us, not surprising there is a change

If I used a better picture it would be just unfair. It's like using the deathstar to kill a fly

LORE QUESTION -

How hard was Boston and outside areas of the city hit? I could better understand the color if the area was not hit to the extent of DC
