Khasar sighed, he was tired, the war had taken it's toll, and Theo wasn't making anything easier. "Urm, Captian Temu," someone asked. Khasar looked up at himself being called and sked, "What is it?"
"You're to report to the Major."
"Now?"
"Yes sir."
Khasar sighed, "Be there soon."Leon, keep an eye on them," Khasar told him, "Everyone, you can find out what is going on later, tell Private Sanchez this also, meet in the briefing area."
Khasar left, Sybil had called him finally, walking through the ruined streets of Chicago, not as many people roaming around as you would think, considering the city is the main hub in the area. The war had driven many people away, but some stayed. Khasar looked down an alley, he could see a women, huddled with her child, those who stayed it wasn't easy on them, getting food was difficult for them without joining one of the sides.
As Khasar made his way into the central part of the district, it as much more lively, most of the people here were those of duty, though some had decided to set up shop, the most populated building being the brothal. Seemed most likely, most thought it would of been their last day and thought they would enjoy it.
Khasar finally made it to the headquarters building, just of the district center. Going in, the building still showed the wear and tear of it's age, not fully repaired yet. Going up to the second floor, Khasar found where Sybil was. Going in, "So what do you want Sybil?" Khasar asked her, loathing in his voice.
"Thats Major William to you Captian." Sybil told Khasar, showing the same distaste she had for him, as Khasar had for her.
"So what do you want?"
"New orders," Sybil replied, she pulled out a map, hand drawn with notes over a certian area. "See this?"
Khasar nodded, "Seems like a compound."
"Correct, ammo dump we believe, your job is to blow it up," Sybil told him.
"But what use would that do, it's way out of anywhere we plan to attack." Khasar pointed out.
"Exactly, it's a distraction," Sybil said, "Blow it up and hopefully they'll move troops there to keep it undercontrol, hopefully thinking we'll attack there."
"And if they don't?" Khasar asked, "I'm not sure blowing up one ammo dump will get the required troops moved."
"Delta squad will destroy this," Sybil replied, pointing to another location, "Again a compound, what it contains doesn't matter to you. You shall do it tomorrow"
Khasar nodded, "I'll leave shall now I?" Khasar asked. Sybil nodded and waved him off, going into a book. Khasar nodded, and left. Tomorrow then, it might make though it may make Theo happy, and keep him out of trouble.
