I was hoping to make use of http://mw.modhistory.com/download-64-11953 on my Morrowind install, but its file dependencies do not match the file configuration on the latest version of Tamriel Rebuilt (TR_Map1 and TR_Map2 have been replaced with the singular TR_Mainland). Is there a version that does match? Alternatively, how might I modify the mod to match up?

I don't think anyone has updated that yet.
But you can do it yourself quite easily, it should work if you just change which masters the esp relies on.

Unless the TR team changed the file names of any mesh/textures, there should be no problems.
