[WIP] Mr_Siikas Modder's Ressources #2

Post » Thu Sep 02, 2010 12:20 am

I'd like to see a version without the housing part. For a mine e.g.

Besides that I love it. A bloomery was really needed.
I don't have to point out the superb quality, do I?

Thanks Rung! I'll think about a non-house version for you. But the reason why I added a house in the first place is that on top of it, there's the bellows, and it moves without anyone operating it. So I figured that some kind of machinery is needed, and this machinery is hidden inside the building (not 'physically', of course).

btw I uploaded a version with a http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/25660-1-1264329970.jpg on http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25660.

Heya Mr Sikka :)
Wonderful job, after having used your Griffon Fortress and Castle Seaview tilesets I must say, bravo!
Wonderful job, so many uses...I really can't find the words to say how useful they are. :D

I was just wondering if you had any more tilesets planned?
Or maybe just an extension of your current tilesets.
Like round tower rooms, maybe a spiral staircase (for a round tower)
More window types, etc.

Just an idea though.... :D

The http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15648 has been released! I've added it to the better ports files.

You are right! I'll fix that. Sorry for the trouble!

Not at the moment, because I'm doing a lot of work for other mods at the moment.
Perhaps afterwards, when I'm done with the current workload :-)

Better Cities has some spiral staircases, and they're free for any other modder to reuse. They're customisations of the vanilla IC spiral staircase, so not originally designed for use in towers, but they work rather well.

I've created some meshes for market stalls, -tents and -carts; in my opinion Oblivion lacks such things, there are no open-air markets at all.
I've also included some "products", partly from my NPC with Jobs work (boxes with vegetables, fish), partly from Castle Seaview (sausages, ham,...).

This modder's resource contains meshes (and textures) I've made in March, when I tried to create a tileset for a dungeon.
I tried to get some sort of "city of the dead / Necropolis" feeling.
Some screens:

Awesome tileset. mr. Siika! :foodndrink:

Some interresting info on the Jurad City tileset: the interior meshes are currently being made. I'll post a link to the resource as soon as it's finished. :)

I'm quiet a fan of your work Mr_Siika: I'm currently loving your Dwemer Skyship and I've always wanted an excuse to use your resources (the Jurad City in particular I thought was brilliant). That Necropolis Tileset is awesome and has given me some thoughts about making a mod I've had in my head for a while about a gothic-style island with vampires and skeletons as well as terrorised locals. It'll probably never happen but it's a cool idea. At the moment I'm trying to script your Dwemer Skyship to fly but having a bit of trouble with OBSE's GetKeyPress.

Mr C, I would like permission to put all of the content of this mod into the mesogea mod, with credit of course. Along with your Dwarven tilesset (already added and credited in the readme if thats ok.)

This absolutely hits the mark for the tombs of the Emperors!!!
