Always randomly stocked in shops I think...I've never seen them placed in the game world. If you're not playing hardcoe just sleep in increments of 3 days outside the gunrunner's kiosk, eventually they should stock one.

I'm playing hardcoe for fun actually so I'll just shut if off till I get one.

I play hardcoe too, keep in mind that if you haven't already gotten the achievement for beating the game in hardcoe you won't be able to get it if you turn it off. You probably already know this I'm just looking out for you.

Actually I turned it on around 5 minutes after I denied the option to turn it on at the beginning... So I'm guessing since I didn't elect to turn it on then it won't matter regardless.
