Okay, I see! (A Kung-Fu secret! lol ... That one was so DBZ and Kaiem!! lol)

And also, why so many "Loading" message pop-ups when you're playing in the mod's worldspace? This "loading" pop-up is even worst when I'm traveling over into the Soluthis Temple zone (to the point that it actually causes my game to permanently freeze up, causing me to have to perform a Hard-boot on my PC to restore it back to normal! It happens every time when I fast travel to the Soluthis Temple!) Will there be a fix for the "Loading" pop-ups so one can play the mod flawlessly without the game momentarily pausing due to the loading message that keeps popping up?

Richard, If you had read the opening post, it says this is a beta. Meaning that parts of this mod aren't finished at all..Things will be added and changed in next versions.

Forgot about that...sounds cool.

That's on our fix list.
We are going to investigate the cause.

I managed to start the quest by looking it up in the Construction Set, and using "setstage". From there, completeing it was quite fun! However, it seems as though there are no writs that are being handed out by any of the Morag Tong guildmasters in Soluthis, Steadhelm or Silgrad City. I do know this is a Beta, and can completely understand if the quests aren't done.

Glad you liked the quest, I'm sorry I didn't make it easier to start! Could you give me more specific information about what you found in the CS? I haven't looked at the quest in quite some time, but I'd guess it's a simple dialogue/script issue or something like that - the quest not advancing when it should. Now that V3 has been released I'm going to go back and playtest it, so any info you could give me on precisely where to look would be helpful.

Also, you are correct in the assertion that no other writ quests have been completed. This is entirely my fault, since I've unfortunately enrolled at college, however I would very much like to add more quests.

Please feel free to give any other feedback on the other parts of the quest!

No worries, Seniosh! :) I think the reason it didn't start is because in the CS, the very first quest stage starts after you "have heard that the Morag Tong is recruiting", or something along those lines. The problem here is that I don't think anyone in Soluthis has that conversation topic - making you unable to start the quest. I went straight to the Guildmaster in Soluthis and he had no conversation topics, until I advanced the the quest using "setstage". After that, the quest went on as it should, and I was able to finish it with no problems - albiet not getting the bonus because I tripped one of the alarms! :(

You did a great job with that tileset! :D
It really reminds me of the days of strolling through Caldera and Ebonheart.

I think it is also going to be used in another Imperial farming village called Deapen Meadows.

I need some help

I am doing the FG quests in Silgrad and I am stuck at the weapons Bounty quest.

I got journal updates about eliminating Davina and the second one about a man looking (?) for weapons at the upper town part.

I speak to Treddas Oran in his appartment but he has no weapons topic so I obviously missed something

pls advise


once more many thanks to the whole team for the mod and one more question:

is the TES 3 version being still worked on?

Asking ppl around town, nobody guided me to Treddas Oran.

I saw the name in Imperial Dragon's post about the quest.

Guess that's the reason Treddas has no weapon topic when I speak to him.

So the question should be -I guess- which are the NPCs indicating Treddas as the person I should talk to?

I encountered this problem myself. However, I was able to bypass it by looking the quest up in the CS, and moving the quest forwards via "Setstage".

"setstage StFgcSC02 40" should get you to the point in the quest where you go and talk to Treddas in his apartment, and from that point forth the quest progresses as it should.

(in reality |I partly enjoyed strolling in Morrowind again)

Sorry for taking so long to reply - I still haven't had a chance to playtest the quest very thoroughly again. The command should be the same as the one Zadama posted above.

For the second quest:

setstage StFgcSc02 40 ;will get you to the point where you know who is collecting weapons
setstage StFgcSc02 60 ; will get you a journal entry that means you can confront him.
setstage StFgcSc02 80 ; will get you a journal entry indicating where you should go after confronting Treddas (though this shouldn't be needed)


For the third quest:
Spoiler
Do this right after getting the quest
SetStage StFgcSc03 X**
**Try 20, then 25, then 30, then 40, then 50, then 60. This will give you an idea as to what the quest is about. Up until that point, you might have trouble because Marsie's building hadn't been placed on the world.
As far as I know, the rest of the quest (the majority actually, since the rest will include the sewer dungeon) should work just fine

I did exactly the same thing, until I realized that the "Upper Chambers" District of SIlgrad City hadn't been created yet :')

I think this is the the setstage command for the Morag Tong quest, too.
