If you downloaded v3.0 you don't have to download the assets & voice files (the largest files), you only need the new assets file, the LOD file and the esm.

Oh man! I was afraid Skyrim might have stolen you guys away from Oblivion for good. Truly awesome news that 4.0 got finished! I can't wait to one day finish modding my game and then finally start a playthrough that includes this.

Fantastic! I was waiting for the new release before I tried this mod. The only thing that saddens me is that the mod is in a new worldspace, rather than being in the same worldspace as Cyrodiil. Oh well, it is an awesome mod either way.
