A Silly Idea

Post » Sun Oct 02, 2011 10:21 pm

Ive just had a thought what if alcohol in Skyrim effected your characters movement and combat skill for a period of time. I dont mean lose combat points and have to regain them i mean just while your charcter is drunk, I think this could make the experience abit more realistic but might ruin it at the same time.

It's not silly, it has been the focus of a few discussions before, so others definitely think the same as you :P

Yeah, if it's inn it would be nice, always like it when games have that stuff. If it's not inn, it won't bother me though.

There was a mod for Oblivion called Inebriation. Basically, it made the camera blurry, when drunk. Something like that would be cool.

Well all I can say is Todd Howard is a fan of Red Dead Redemption, and that game had this feature. So hopefully Todd and the team took notes lol.

Sure, it's not a silly idea. As long as the effect only lasts for a few moments.
