Just letting you know, I never go without these mods. Some might complain that the striders bounce but it is inevitable as there is only so much you can do. I always scenic travel now! I even get to watch the nice birds... /banana.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I updated to ver 1.09 using the file from your site. I removed older version 1.07 and installed 1.09 into a current game.

Problem now is that I can use regular travel mode but not scenic travel. Choosing scenic travel option, the silt strider guy debits my gold, but nothing happens after that. I tried the Balmora silt strider, the Suran silt strider and the Seyda Neen silt strider. Same behavior with each.

If i use a mod that, lets say tripples the price of travel, will this aply to scenic travel, too or are the prices static?

Whoops! /blush2.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':blush2:' /> Thank you! I packaged a wrong version of abotSiltStriders.esp, should be fixed now
No, scenic prices are static, should be more or less aligned with a level 1 character from not modded game.

FYI You can't download the Silt Strider on PES, because they might have a database crash to fix first or is it something else. /brokencomputer.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':brokencomputer:' />

I just verified it, seems ok if served from Explorer 8 and Chrome, but probably the .7z is not recognized by Firefox. The same .7z is recognized by the same Firefox when served from my site, it seems to be some incompatibility between current PES/Firefox

That's odd. It must be something on PES that was added/changed/removed recently in the download area.

I had a problem with Firefox 11.0. Never used to have a problem, so this is new to 11. However if I right-clicked on the link and used Save link as... it worked fine. I'd call this a screw-up on Mozilla's part. Yep, time to switch to Chrome!

Abot? I finally upgraded to TR Sacred east and got your latest Silt Striders directly from your site. Now Wrye Mash is saying there are bad refs in abotSiltStridersTR.esp Is it okay to fix this in Mash?

If you are using latest update 1.1 of Sacred East I think there should be at most one reference to terrain_rock_gl_12 not recognized, please let me know if there are more.
Removing (or not) that unrecognized reference should not cause problems. I think the simpler way to clean it is to select abotSiltStridersTR.esp in Mash, click the white space under the mod masters list and click the save button, this should both clean the reference and update the masters list.

That was the one! Thank you. After I posted I remembered that even if I messed something up, I could just re-extract the archive. /touched.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':touched:' /> I'll try to remember to try it that way if I experience it again. I'm using the latest standalone (Yacoby Fork) and I think I right-clicked don the mod instead of the masters list.

As long as I've been doing this, I still don't understand references and often forget that if I screw up, I can just start over. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

BTW, I love the new features. My favorite is the "exit" button on every page of the customizer. It's great to be able to get back out of those boxes at any stage. All of your travel mods, waterlife, and WAATBG? are must haves in mine and Jac's playlists. I use most of your tweak mods, too. Thank you for all that you do to make my game that much more enjoyable!

I concur. /nod.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Why not have all your environment mods into one natural mod collection, which is similar to what a couple of Oblivion modders (Arthmoor, Khettienna, TheNiceOne) has. It also mean an easier installation of your mods in one single http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1373351-future-of-uviriths-legacy-books-of-vvardenfell-ect/page__view__findpost__p__20806826. /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

For the first time I had an issue with your siltstrider-TR addon mod and these pictures will show you what I mean. /wallbash.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':wallbash:' />

It started with this picture when I http://www.darkcreations.org/forums/gallery/image/1755-current-gamesave/ which was confirmed to have invalid data, because I reloaded it twice and the same thing happen twice. Both times I click on the no button to exit Morrowind and go back to Windows desktop.

I thought I could fix it by repairing my gamesave in Wrye Mash but no I couldn't, because Wrye Mash detected that the http://www.darkcreations.org/forums/gallery/image/1756-abotsiltstriderstr-badrefs/ and needed to be repaired first.

Here is the http://www.darkcreations.org/forums/gallery/image/1757-abotsiltstriderstr-repair-result/ in Wrye Mash and everything seems to be working now a least I haven't notice anything odd yet. /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Same as http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1181145-relz-silt-striders-v10beta/page__view__findpost__p__21418499, probably some reference changes from version 1.0 (for/with which silt strider 1.10 was done) to 1.1 of Sacred East.
contrary to NPC id changes that were screwing boats so I had to do a update, It should be nothing critical, I think a "ignore all" + resave should have been enough to solve the message. If it works well, I'd prefer to delay next silt strider update after next TR release.

Oops... /blush.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> How could I forget what Elaura was asking about. /facepalm.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Anyway I clean the abotSiltStridersTR.esp and I haven't got any more problems, so I think it's safe to clean it in Wrye Mash. /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I'll verify that. I've had no issues after cleaning. Excellent mod! I find all of your mods a wonderful addition, abot, but the travel mods are the one that are the most fun for me. I'm actually sad when I feel I don't have the time to take the scenic route, now. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Updated to v1.11 for better compatibility with Tamriel Rebuilt - Sacred East v1.2

Sadly, I can access my PES account no more, so I will keep upgrading on my site and Nexus

Thanks for the update abot. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

It sure was a necessary update, because when I updated TR-Sacred East I notice a couple of bad references in your Tamriel Rebuilt transporting mods (abotBoatTR, abotRiverstriderTR, abotSiltstriderTR) and all of them has a least one bad ref that was necessary to remove. Sorry I can't give you more info than this, because I was a little surprised to see that your mods needed to be repaired plus have the master list updated after the TR 1.2 update. /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Why not on http://download.fliggerty.com/?

If you'd like to mirror on GHF Downloads, abot, we can set up a section in http://download.fliggerty.com/download-10 for you. Just say the word. /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

A wonderful mod! It's a joy seeing Morrowind as you travel on the Strider. Should be even better with the Morrowind Overhaul!
