So I've managed to get to the part where you find Skjor dead on the floor, but when I walk over to him Aela doesn't say anything and nothing happens! I'm pretty sure when I've played before Krev the Skinner has appeared and there's been a fight, but I literally CANNOT progress any further in quest.

I managed to walk through the WHOLE of the castle without bumping into any Silver Hands either! What do I do?

Are you perchance playing on a PC with version 2.0.9 of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch?
