Whenever I goto the silver rush i see the energy weapons but I noticed theres more stuff on the counters such as the plasma caster and the pulse grenades that you can't buy from the merchant. Is there a reason for this? Am I the only one experiencing this?

Well, you could use a stealth boy and steal everything....thats what I do. :confused: And no I do not think it is a glitch but it may be a glitch.

maybe you need to be a certain level to start seeing those in merchants' inventories, but i'm not sure

Some of the better weapons laying around on the tables there do not start showing up until you are L16 or higher, and the best stuff not until about L21.

The store inventory has the annoying habit of 'locking up' and not restocking itself (this also happens regularly to Blake, the Crimson Caravan merchant); this can be fixed by saving (I think the auto-save upon entering will work, not sure though), quitting the game to the main menu, and reloading, which should force a refresh of the inventory.
