So, I finished the silver shroud quest line, got the outfit and i decided that since the guy will randomly tell me to go meet him to upgrade the outfit, i should just leave it in the memory den near him. I placed the outfit inside an empty cabinet in the memory den and the next time i returned like a week ingame time later, it was gone.

is it just gone for ever? cause the dude is still offering to upgrade it.

well since i only hear the silver shroud signal when im in good neighbors and i didnt have a base there, i had to keep it in one of the either homes. which means if i enter goodneighbor, hear the signal and message, ill have to fast travel to an other locationl, grab it, travel back. lots of loading screens and time waste. so i figured i could just leave it in memory den since i was past the main part of the story there already...

guess i was wrong.

so it really is gone then huh.
