After having gone through the Silver Shroud quest, the last part in speaking with Hancock is bugged, unable to get the proper dialogue. So I'm stuck with an additional 7 pounds of gear I rather not carry around. I've attempt the supposed fixes listed around, but none trigger it. Anyway around this, I'd rather not have a broken quest.

The way I did it was to recruit him as a companion and then dress up in only the shroud gear, then talk to him. This was after he gave his speech.
