I have just killed Shelly Tiller and collected my reward outside goodneighbour, my next part is to listen to the radio in good neighbour.

I did first with my armor then realised I was supposed to be wearing the shrouds gear, so changed into it, waited at the exact spot, listened to the radio, and nothing.

Can anyone help with what I do next or is it glitched and stuck?
