I have been working on the Silver Shroud quest line but I believe I am now bugged.

After killing Kendra I went back to Goodneighbor to listen to the radio again for the next step. But right when I turned it on I realized I didn't kill the optional contact. So I quickly fast traveled to that location, killed her and then went back to Goodneighbor. However, when I turned the radio back on again it just now plays the show and doesn't tell me what to do. I tried all the usual tricks, enter/exit stuff, restart the game, etc. I wouldn't care too much but I can't offload this quest gear which is super frustrating since it is a lot of extra weight.

The quest just tells me to listen to the radio in Goodneighbor.
