This quest is begged out for me. I got it in my pip-boy from listening to Silver Shroud radio and the quest objective is to talk to Ken Connolly. I go and see him in the Memory Den but all he says is "Goodneighbor's crazy, stabbings, shootings, and worse, sometimes you need an escape just to get through the day." over and over again instead of initiating quest dialogue or updating my quest. Has anyone else had this problem or found a solution? Maybe a counsel command to get to the next quest stage or something? Or maybe I'm missing something? Thanks in advance guys.

This quest bugged out for me too. I talked to him but I dont get instructions from him on the radio. Really hope they patch that because that quest sounded fun

I'm almost finished with this quest, and thus far, haven't encountered any issues(PS4).

Note that you have to actually be in Goodneighbor for the radio updates to progress the questline.
