Firstly I'd just like to mention how much I'm enjoying this forum, It's so damned active ha I always get an answer, no matter what nonsense I may be spouting at the time! So just cheers for that guys!

Now I'm slowly sinking back into my Skyrim character, 26 hours on the clock thus far and no doubt like many people when I get into something I really want to get into it. I like to immerse myself from all angles, I was just wondering if you' guy's and gal's had any recommendations as to Fantasy worlds that are similar in it's themes to that of The Elder Scrolls no matter the medium! be they, TV Show, Films, Audiobooks or Anime I'm open to all suggestion's,,,,, can we steer clear of the obvious mentions of The Lord of The Rings and such cause well I've already been there haha.

Best way to play on PC Controller or Keyboard? I'm currently Controller at the moment but am i doing it wrong?

There is no "best" way to play on PC. If you feel comfortable using a controller then use it.

As michaelpk said, there is no best way. Do whatever works for you. I just switched from playing Skyrim on Xbox to playing on PC, and I'm continuing to use my controller. I might add a mod that lets me use keyboard hotkeys along with the controller, but I'd never give up the controller for several reasons: (1) it's what I'm used to, (2) I prefer the anolog controls, and (3) using a mouse for any period of time makes my hands hurt.

I haven't seen one like TES, honestly. While it borrows some of its themes and RPG stuff from other stuff, the world itself is pretty unique I would say.
