Can′t remember which tab it is, but I think I know what′s your general problem there - you can′t find the menus to begin with, had the same problem the first time. :)

Right click the tabs themselves, the ones that say "Files" etc, you get tab specific options that way. Probably it′s under the "file", but if not try the other ones.

In the "Mods" tab, where all the ESP and ESM files are listed. At the top of the list are what are called "headers". They are the titles for the columns. The first one should say "File", then "Load Order", "Rating", "Installer", "Modified", I think.

Put your mouse on that "File" title, then right-click the mouse. You'll get a pop up menu. About two-thirds of the way down, you'll see an entry for "Lock Times" with a checkmark next to it. Click on that to turn off lock times.

Don't worry about it. The headers as a "button"/"means of accessing the menu" is a bit odd, and a lot of people look right through them.
