where is the easiest place to obtain either mark/recall spell, scroll or enchanted item (prefferebly the latter)?

getting bored of going in and out of redoran canton in vivec to get quests.

Amulet of recall at the trader in Caldera, potion of mark is the easiest, at Nalcarya in Balmora. Both spells at the temple in Balmora.

In balmora's temple on the lowest floor there are two priests on opposite sides of the room facing away from the stairs. One sells a mark spell and the other recall.
