So after completing the game on hardcoe, i loaded the save prior to hoover dam. I switched back to core. After going through all of the DLC's, ive noticed im nearly invincible... I have both ranks of the "Toughness" perk, i have the sub dermal implant, END is at 10, i wear Combat Armor Reinforved Mk.2. When i fought the huge scorpian in OWB, i simply squated in the little room to the left with the open window and threw AP anti material rifle bullets down range. Has anyone else completed the DLC's in an almost invincible state too?

Yep...It's called Sniper.

Well, considering that the SPECIAL and Skills were developed around a Level 30 cap, I would say yes, I have finished nearly invinicble.

I think that they should develop the game into one with 150 points max in each skill like in the old games.

Due to AI's poor reaction to snipers I usually play a lightly armored shocktrooper... Much more difficult.
