Simply Question - "Blind" spell effect on NPCs.

Post » Wed Apr 24, 2013 2:07 pm

Hey guys,

I am currently starting Morrowind and after reading through the UESP and making myself familiar with the game, I`ve decided to play an "Illusionist".

Offensively, he would use spells like paralyze/silence/sound and...blind.

But well.

Does "blind" (let`s say, with a magnitude of 100%) actually affect NPCs? And in what way? Is their chance to hit you decreased by 100% in melee/range combat?
Does anyone have any experience or can test it?

Forget it. I can already confirm that 100% blind makes NPCs anable to hit you. /closed.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Blind blind should decreas your/NPCs http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Combat#Chance_to_Hit by the amount of its magnitude, but due to an oversight by devs, it actually increases chance of hit.

This is corrected by http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes3Mod:Morrowind_Code_Patch
