Since the second patch, my New Vegas went straight to hell.

Alright, so before the second patch I had my share of problems that were related to my NVIDIA graphic card (probably, and yes I have the latest drivers pardner). It used to crash to desktop after roughly 2 to 5 minutes of free roaming in the game. I solved that problem by disabling antialiasing, anisotropic filtering and switching HDR screen effects to bloom. Everything was fine after that. I was playing for hours.

But CTD showed it's ugly head again after second patch, I'm having the same problems as before: CTDs after a few minutes of gameplay. The graphic options are those that make the game work before. As a side note: I don't get crashes when playing Caravan, it's actually pretty fun and gives you tons of caps. So now I really don't know what to do, I guess my science skill isn't high enough!

So, any brilliant ideas?
