What about a single player demo?

eh....not happening sadly......I'd have muchly preferred that to a MP demo but I guess they might have released a MP demo to make some last minute balancing tweaks

Dead Space had the same issue so they released a demo of a mid playthrough level....I do not see it as a huge problem

We don't know if a SP demo will come, but for most games, it does. I believe we'll see in the next few weeks if anything does come.

understandable but disappointing

mind you after what I've seen I am 100% convinced the game will be awesome but I want a taste of SP so bad
