Was wondering if there is a single retexture packagefor oblivion? Or maybe a major that has a majority of the textures done? I see ALOT of retexture mods and unfortuantly i get confused or forgetful easily. If there isnt a single major retexture mod anyone mind recommending 4 or 5 major ones?

Note that Vibrant isn't a high resolution pack, but it's certainly much better than vanilla.

I personally use Vibrant as a base, then install a ton of other texture replacers on top of it.

Vibrant Textures is good for base, and I recommend you to install other texture mods as well.
There is no integrated texture pack because it needs permission from all authors in it.
