when i am playing mission 1, there is an action to hack the door. After i hacked it, it did not open. Are there any player facing the same bug?

You have to reset to default Keyboard layouts - you must have custom mapped your keys thinking you could - lol. I did the same as well as many others. I mapped my F key to mele, though it allowed me to hack the door it never opened. When I reset to default, I hacked the door and it opened just fine. The problem is you are going to face is that there are MANY times in the game you need to hack a door, mines, turrents, etc and you MUST be in default settings to do it and progress. This is an obvious PITA foir us who are used to playing with specific key layouts because you basically have to remain at default the entire campaign until Crytek fixes this issue in a patch.
