I'm doing my 2nd play through this time on super human and I am not getting any nano suit points even though I am picking them up, also my modules from my first play through didn't carry over, I was playing on veteran, am I missing something?

Edit: ok so I just picked up a upgrade kit I missed in my first play and it counted, but still don't understand why the ones I picked up in my first play through arnt counting.
