Okay but yeah, lets put together our accumulated knowledge on the area of Skyrim, and what we think will be included in the game. So, what we need here?

-Locations of note in Skyrim.
-Any info on this location of note.
-Details on nordic religion.
-The political atmosphere.
-What the borders might look like now.

I say 'now' because I'm going on the assumption this game is taking place 200 years after Oblivion, and the empire has suffered it's collapse, keep that in mind when we talk about the political atmosphere as well.

The only lore I know to draw from is the Bloodmoon expansion from the Morrowind game. Solsteim has A LOT of nord culture in it. Ironically, I don't much about that lore myself.

Did 'Dawnstar' have any decent lore in it? I know it was a portable game so I wouldn't expect much, but it was based in Skyrim, right?

I have no clue. To minimize my bills, I don't even have a mobile phone.

You need to go back to Daggerfall for any games with significant content on Skyrim. I have it, but it's a very long time since I have played it.
