[Disclaimer, ignore if you want to read anything vaguely sensible]
Does nothing exist? Is none something. Of course, as ideas in our heads. And before Mundus, wasn't the existance of the Et'Ada just ideas, personalities that came into being as varying shades between the idea of nothing, and the idea of something/everything.
What did Lorkhan do? He concieved reality, which in a philosophical BS kind of way is changing the game from an infinite non existence of pure ideas, to a limited and confined actuality. In a way the world exists because it is a big bunch of limits (hence the Dwemer and Altmer desire to escape). Perhaps an echo of the primal idea that Everything has a limit, and beyond that limit is Nothing (note the capitals). Beyond our own universe, at the edge of our space-time, is nothing. Does it exist? well I just mentioned it so yes, but it is only worth mentioning because it's existence requires a limit to our reality.
Sithis is real, but certainly isn't interested in anything, let alone the beliefs of the guys with the dark eyeshadow.
