I almost didn't vote here when I saw the only option for yes was "Like in Fable" .... seriously? Fable?
Still, I felt like writing, so here you have my opinion, like if it matters:
six? No thanks, not necessary. I wouldn't have six with any of the NPCs I've met in an Elder Scrolls game so far, and I doubt I'll be much more interest in NPCs in Skyrim. Sure, they can improve AI to the extreme compared to Oblivion, but they're not gonna be able to create characters you're gonna have a believable relationship with. Without a believable relationship leading up to the six, the six itself is just gonna feel random no matter how well they do it, and then I don't want it.
Marriage? Again - no believable relationships --> marriage being pointless. If you're gonna play house and pretend your woman talks to you and stuff in the game, which is gonna be necessary since NPCs will have very limited conversation options, you might as well pretend there's a marriage too. If you have trouble pretending, download a mod.
Children? Yes, I want children in the game -- but I don't want the PC to have any. It's the same thing as the above -- your kids aren't gonna be very interactive, so I don't see the point in having them there.
edit: And I hereby declare that this is the last of this kind of redundant poll/thread I'll be posting in in 2011. After the game's been out a while and my forum quarantine is over and we've all hopefully found that Skyrim doesn't have player marriages, child-making or porm, I might drop by to shout "Yes! I told you Bethesda wouldn't be that stupid" and then avoid all the marriage, child-making and porm mods that will have come out by that time.
