Also, you will need a holodisc programmed by Mick & Ralph.

I can't fiind the store you have listed..

Exit Freeside from the destroyed building where Bill Ronte can be found; from there go around the rubble on your right and find the path through some more rubble near the NCR soup kitchen. You'll come into an empty lot, with the building you're supposed to go to at the far right end.

The area looks as though it was MEANT to be secluded and hidden from a level design perspective. I don't know why they simply didn't just make the quest a non-listed one if they wanted to make it harder by hiding the location.

My bad, it's actually called Cerulean Robotics for starters.

Start in the freeside area that has the Mormon temple, and run to the freeway underpass. If you're familiar with the "secret" door that connects the two sides right next to Silver Rush and Atomic Wrangler, that's the direction you want to run to. Run under the freeway pass and take a left following the railroad tracks. Keep going until you hit a dead end, the door will be on your left (the second door you pass). Activate the quest too and it will help guide you once you get to the railroad tracks.
