sixiest Character

It doesn't, that's exactly the point. I like my character to have unique looks and equipment. After all, they are infinetly more important than "Novac settler #3" :hehe:

But does it have to be anime or the "dark" look? Stuff like that is so god damned cliché it's ridiculous. If it's not some guy running around with some dolled up babe that looks like she's gonna yell "kawaii-desu," it's some idiot with devil wings protruding from his characters back, killing off Veronica when she says she's leaving the player because he killed off the Brotherhood.

Why can't anyone come up with an original idea these days? Arcade Gannon for example: he's actually an old roleplaying character of J. Sawyer. Arcade is actually complex and has a decent personality; he's not just some one-dimensional eye-candy or demon spawn.

Someone is clearly a big fan of Novac Settler #3.

She saved my life man!

That and I hate the "I am a unique snowflake, so I'm going to have gear that is one of a kind and impossible to repair in the WASTELAND" mentality.

As it is a cliche, stuff for that is easiest to come by. The actual characters behind that are more complex, though.

Hey, i'm an utterly unremarkable standard caucasian male (revision C), so atleast let the characters i play with be unique :hehe: And weapon and armor repair kits make the repair problem go away.

That's the title of the image and I had had a nerd-gasm because clearly it is not.

Longknife: Man, you seem really emotionally invested in this. Is everything going okay at home?

I don't see a problem with somebody modding their own stuff. The kid (OP) gave a loose set of rules for participation, at least.

I don't disagree with you, and I'm not trying to be contradictory to you, I just wonder why it gets you so (seemingly) riled up...

I'm just saying that I'd love to see a modder who didn't just make a mod and say "I made her [censored] bigger" or "now you can play as Kenshi Hitashi from [censored] Anime #7" or "devil horns and a big battle scar on your chest." I'd applaud the modder who simply did some basic change that actually fit in, like adding a new hairstyle that isn't outrageous, adding a new armor type that fits in (say fire fighter or police officer uniform) or the like.
