I think they handled this issue quite tastefully in Fallout: NV, and I'd like to see something similar in Skyrim. It's so frustrating when a game (movie, or book) cencorize themselves, because of a hypersensitivity to anything suggestive. I'm certainly not calling for any graphic stuff, that has no place in a serious, and well-concocted video game, however I see no harm in incorporating a few sixual experiences; after all it is something most people (particular guys) -whether they admit it or not, think about a large portion of the time, and as long as it is done tastefully, it will not influence the overall atmosphere of the game.
p.s. in Skingrad an alchemist asks what the penalty is for Necrophilia... That's gotta count for a sixual theme.
