Hi

as an expert in conjuration, you can summon some badass skeleton called Skeleton Champion

problem is (quoted from Oblivion UESP wiki) ? Due to a bug, the Skeleton Champion will be unarmed if the character is below level 15. ?

and indeed, below level 15, your skeleton champion is summoned unarmed...



is there any mod out there that addresses this bug?

I don't know if it does or not, but you could try the Unofficial Oblivion Patch-- it contains a LOT of fixes for little mistakes like this, which means it may cover it.

my game is modded, and I've installed UOP

and this bug isn't fixed by the UOP Supplemental either...
