skeleton not really working right?

Ok, I edited the human skeleton like http://s1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa337/Kitikira/?action=view¤t=Issue2.png
The only thing is I loaded it through the creature editor and when I apllied the skeleton and the models I got http://s1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa337/Kitikira/?action=view¤t=Issue.png
Anyone know what happened and how I can get this skeleton working?

The location/rotation/scale of bones are overwritten by animations.
