[REQ] Skill based exp system AKA Skyrim's exp system

Can anyone make a mod that changes the way you level up and get exp based on the amount of damage or spell points you do? Like in Skyrim, if you use a spell that uses a lot of magicka, you'll get more exp with that spell than you would with a spell that uses less magicka. Same thing with using weapons, ect. It would be based on damage. You wouldn't just be getting the same exp with a dagger as you would be with a better weapon.

Oooh, is there one that changes the exp system for everything else?


BTW, I don't use GCD, but I do have something that is very similar (it's suppose to work well hybrid classes as well) called YALSM (Yet Another Level System Mod). I wonder if it works with that.
