Skill drain

Somehow my mercantile skill was drained down to 3. Is there anyway to repair it? It shows in red. I'm not sure how it happened either.

Wait. There are no Damage Skill spells - only Drains, which will expire.

Thanks. It took so long to wear off. I thought it was perminate.
