Skill list...

Okay so I am trying to put together the list of skills we have....

Here is the list of skills from Oblivion...

Blade
Blunt
Hand to Hand
Armorer
Block
Heavy Armor
Athletics
Acrobatics

Light Armor
Security
Sneak
Marksman
Mercantile
Speechcraft
Illusion
Alchemy
Conjuration

Mysticism
Alteration
Destruction
Restoration

Now take out the ones we know are gone....That leaves 18...
Add in Enchant makes 19...

Did I miss one that we don't have anymore? Bolded ones are confirmed via screenshot...Help me out with this guys...

The thing that gets me, is with enchant, that makes 7 Magic related skills and I would think they would try to balance that out...but 18 skills would then imply 6 skills each...but with the screen shot, there are seven magic skillls so who takes the hit?

Hand to hand is probably gone.
Mercantile and Speechcraft will probably be merged together.

That's what I think.

I could see them merging Merc and Speech before taking out a fighting style...

We know a few things. There are six constilations which represent skills in each of the nebulae. Each nebulae has a skill that deals with crafting, though mages can make use of alchemy just as much as theives can without much problems.

Under the Warrior
One Handed Weapons
Two Handed Weapons
Block
Hand to Hand
Armor
Smithing

Under the Mage
Destruction
Alteration
Conjuration
Illusion
Restoration
Enchanting

Under the Theif
Sneak
Security
Barter
Speachcraft
Archery
Alchemy

Armor will likely be one skill, with different perk tree's in it for the different armor types. Another possibility, albeit slightly unlikely, would be that speachcraft and barter could be merged. The cutting of hand to hand and throwing it in with the destruction skill is the most unlikely. They're not likely going to take away the ability to straight up punch and make it all magicka based touch spells. Also, dual wielding isn't likely to be a skill. We're always technically dual wielding, unless you're using a two handed weapon. It would be epicly pointless to have a skill that would blanket over magic dual wielding along with sword dual wielding or sword and shield or shield and spell when the skills themselves would be good enough to handle everything.
