Are there any news about the skill system in fallout 4?

I am wondering if they will implement the skyrim system or reuse the fallout 3 system.

Or perhaps a new perk system that include the skill system.

So far from whats been glimsed from the E3 demo skills seams to be gone anf focus seams to be on your SPECIAL and perks, with some skills having posdibly become perks in there own right.
