I am coming to Oblivion from Morrowind. In Morrowind, there were a number of master skill trainers in the middle of otherwise totally hostile dungeons, making it necessary to either not use stealth, or look up locations on the wiki to be sure I wouldn't accidentally kill someone I needed to talk to.

Is this an issue in Oblivion? If so, is there a list of the trainers who are in hostile locations so I don't snipe them from afar with my roguish archer? More generally, are there ever friendlies in hostile areas such as dungeons, ruins, or whatever, or can I rest easy in my long range archery?

No trainer resides in a hostile area as far as I can remember. And always remember the first rule regarding the bow; when uncertain, don′t fire
