i was just curious to know that since you can raise all of the skills up entirely if there are enough skill tree unlock points to gain all the bonus' from every skill tree, or if they are based on level or how it works. any information would be greatly appreciated.

You'd be better to just pick a few tree's to be good at, since I don't think you'd be able to get EVERY skill bonus.

It is likely all skills will be at 100 before you reach a high enough level to buy every perk. So, no. For most people a rule of thumb would be around 50 perks by the end of the game I would guess.

One perk a level, you will only ever get a third of them, or about a quarter with a more 'sensible' character.

okay so you recieve the points based on your actual skill level and not your character level right?

The theoretical maximum level that you can echieve is somewhere between 70-80, while there are 220 perks to choose from. So no, you can't have it all.

You get a perk a character level, but some require a certain level in that skill to unlock them.
