hey i want to start anew playthroughsoon andwashoping to have a sneak heavy build./ using the sneak suit mk II however idont want to leave sneak at 75 for half the game before i do owb just to get the full benefit. as such i was hoping someone would know of a mod that allows skill bonuses to provide a benefit for going over 100. i dont want something that will let me just boost skills by removing the cap. i want something that lets equipment give bonuses that go above the cap. any suggestions are welcome
