X-Skills?

So, whatever happened to X-Skills by Kyoma? I believe Kyoma was waiting for OBSE 18 for the full release of it, so is there any progress?

I believe he's gotten to the point where the documentation usually needs to be written. In other words, expect a(nother) month to pass before release.
