0. Requirments:

This mod requires:
- Oblivion 1.2.0416
- Cobl Main.esm
- Shivering Isles ( you could try without it, but you'll have a missing mesh inside Domenick's tower, in which you cannot enter unless you break in so not a big issue)
- OBSE + Elys Universal Silent Voice

Do not be scared with all this requirments! OBSE & Elys Silent voice are for you to have NPCs open their mouth when speaking and for subtitles to be there a bit longer. Easy to install and use.

1. Description:

We have Salmo for bread, Pickled chick for weapons, Dunmer chick for weird stuff, Gunther for general merchandise, but where to buy FOOD!? At Domenick's stand!!! Every day from 8am to 5pm on the cathedral square!
And now you can earn gold without need to draw your sword! Of course, if you choose to, you have a chance to use the sword. Ask Domenick if he has some job for you.

This mod features:
- Ugliest trader in whole Skingrad, but with full AI and lots of REGULAR food to buy.
- Market stand that works every day from 8am-5pm where you can buy food from Domenick
- Domenick's tower - one of the Skingrad's unused wall towers turned into Domenick's humble home.
- 9 quests with 152 lines of dialogue, new icons and items
- 12 new NPCs
- 1 new cave with loot and bad guys [quest related]

You can choose between two locations of market stand. If you run mod 'Markets of Cyrodiil', use file 'Skingrad Market - MoC.esp' to prevent conflict.

2. Instalation:

*** Make sure that you have COBL installed. ***

Extract all files from Skingrad Market.7z to bethesda softworks\oblivions\data. When
you are asked to overwrite files under meshes and textures, select 'yes to all'.

Activate either 'Skingrad Market.esp' or 'Skingrad Market - MoC.esp'. Do not run both files.

Get and install latest version of OBSE (not Beta).
Get and install Elys Universal Silent voice. Just copy all files to Oblivion\Data\Obse\Plugins


3. Conflicts:

Any kind of 'Open City' mods. 'Skingrad Market.esp' will conflict with mod 'Markets of Cyrodiil', use file 'Skingrad Market - MoC.esp' to prevent conflict.

Give Markets to the other Citys too. The Imperial Market district is no Market , its a shopping center. In my opinion Market have to be under free heaven.

Give Markets to the other Citys too. The Imperial Market district is no Market , its a shopping center. In my opinion Market have to be under free heaven.

My original plans, and plans for possible upgrade are to create a traveling merchant. The merchant would go to the Imperial City for one week, other week to Skingrad, then to Kvatch, and then to Anvil, and that all over next month.
As you can see, now we have stand that is there all the time and items aren't there outside of working time. In this upgrade, only the sign would be present all the time, stand would be there only one week of the month, and inventory toggled daily. Markets would be different: In the IC there would be items from other 3 towns, for example.
However, I currently don't know how to put that in reality. It would involve some more advanced scripting and messing with AI than I'm currently capable of...

This version should be compatible with 'http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16915', but I need someone to confirm that. I only moved the stuff, so I think it should work.

Hi Washington, Thank you for making the compatible esp. The stand is in a good place, Domenick comes to the stall and can sell from his menu. I was chuffed to see he is carrying the goods from 'more vegetables' as well as the normal stuff. There wasn't anything on the stand, though.

I like your idea of a travelling merchant, but you probably need to check out the problems the travelling Cobl baker from the Salmo mod was having.

That's weird. The stuff on the stand should be there between 8 and 17, when Domenick comes and opens the market by activating the sign. It was working fine in the original version. Make sure you are using only one .esp, but you probably know that.

I can check it in the CS, but unfortunately not in game because I got a new GPU and I cannot play the game... :-(

I'll check it out in the CS tomorrow. But if you could, try it one more time from clean save, come in front of stand before 8am to see if he will open it, then wait until ~4:45pm or something to see if he will close it in 5:00 pm.

Thanks TamaraUK for that and for other information too.

BTW, I think that the 'more vegetables' stuff is from COBL, because I gave him some cobl leveled lists.

I really appreciate the effort you are going to! I went back again before 8 am and he opened the shop and had things to sell. When I came back again later, he was in the court yard to the left of the stall talking to someone else. When it was time to close the shop, he kept trying to go through the wall instead of out the gate, so the shop did not get closed. Oh, well, it's getting there!

Hmm... Sounds like I should change the pathing system or AI packages. I prefer AI, because it would be less possible conflicts. Although I may add few path nodes too...

Oh, and thank you for reporting all that to me TamaraUK.

I still cannot play the game.

'MoC' version is modified slightly.
- Added extra AI package to make sure Domenick comes to his position before closing time
- Added few extra path nodes
- Moved sign and placed on the pole instead on the stand
