[WIPz] Skingrad outer district

Post » Sat Apr 02, 2011 12:07 pm

Im just ticking the Oblivion.esm and SkingradOuterDistrict.esp, nothing else.

Presumably you're ACTIVATING SkingradOuterDistrict.esp, not just ticking it? If this wall piece is from your own mod, and you're trying to delete it with a new ESP, then there's your problem.

If you ARE activating your ESP and not just ticking it, then there's no good reason I can think of why a deleted object would keep returning.

WTF!!! I've been just ticking the esp all the time! That's where the seven esp's come from...

Ok, so i've Activated the esp, deleted the wall and added some more rocks and barrels, and...

THIS MOD IS NOW COMPLETED!!!!!! :celebration: :celebration: ALL HAIL THE DNIAIU!!!!!!
There are no NPC's and interiors at the moment, but im working on it!
Uploading to tesnexus now!!!

And thanks again DNIAIU, this mod wouldn't be completed without you help.

maybe you could have a secret tunnel that goes from the inn to castle skingrad. that'd be neat.

Skingrad outer district 1.1 is OUT!

Heh, some of You probably thought this mod is dead, but, well... it's not.

Not much have happened in this release, take it as a minor hotfix

Things was going really slow in past months, but now I'm in again.

Cheers

Are you still working on this 3ben?
Or planning on doing some other cities when finished?

I'd love to see some interiors or npc's :)

Great work so far :goodjob:

This looks really nice, but I hope you do decide to add interiors to your houses because it would be pretty mmersion breaking without them, and the NPCs wouldn't have anywhere to sleep!

Do You mean UL Skingrad outskirts? Because I've been of the modding scene fo about two months and I'm dont know any other UL that changes the Skingrad area  There were some rumours about conflict with UL: SO but nothing confirmed by me .

I have screenshots of SOD v1.5 beta up on 'Nexus, be sure to check it out!

Thanks, Mr. Monkey :celebration: .

I've just checked up the rumored conflict with UL Skingrad outskirts, and I can say that there wasn't any conflict at all, so You can ( and You should  ) use the amazing UL Skingrad outskirts without any problems.

And I have a little request, could anyone create a patch to Bananasplit's Better Cities for my mod? Because I'm not that skilled to make it myself, and I have still lots of work on my mod, so I will really appreciate some help. If anyone is willing to make it, please post it in this thread. Thanks.

We live over http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?showtopic=1116814! Best place to request a BC patch is where the BC modders reside :)
However you say you still have lots of work to do, it's a bad idea to start on compatibility patches before you've finalised your changes in the conflicting area.

Okay...so the pics svcked me in! I DLed this and will try it out tonight...

Edito...quick question...does this interfere with the chapel in Skingrad? Because I am using Cliffworm's mod LOSING MY RELIGION...and just wondered if it will screw up chapel actions.

Glad You like it!

This mod will NEVER conflict with any other mod that don't changes anything under Skingrad bridge, so, you can use LMR without any problems ( and I'm using it too! Awesome mod! ).

And one more thing, dont use the 1.5 Beta of my mod, because there are some bugs, I'm just working on an new completely clean release, should be finished in three days.

And don't forget to rate!

Finally cleaned and "bugfixed" version of this mod, this should be final version before adding interiors.
Thanks to everyone who has been keeping this up!

Very nice! And now to look forward to interiors too. Looks like Dreadcore on Nexus might possibly be planning some interiors for your mod, that might help you.

Gratz!

Is it also compatible with Better Cities now, or is the patch still needed?

Good luck with interiors now

Quote from OP:

I made this mod with Better cities and TIE in mind, so theres absolutely no incompatibilities with them, but there should be no other incompatibilities or bugs so far.
Any feedback, ideas and bug reports are most welcome!

Actually, at it's early stages this mod was not compatible due to BC placing some trees and rocks in places where I have placed the stairs, but awesome DNIAIU has made a patch so You can use it with Better cities. :D
