Well after all revange and mourning i found Skjor sitting on chair eating a bread happily. I went to Gallows Rock to the spot where his body should be and i did this:

after that he kneel not die and i have to kill him myself earning a murder. Anyone know why kill command not killed him?

Alternatively there is a code to make him hostile so i won't earn a murder?

maybe you should have left him in Jorrvaskr, selected him through the console and then hit kill (which in my game kills him) and then mark him for deletion. I don't think I have seen him since installing the unofficial patches. Are you running those?
