I have some questions about skooma.
How do you smoke it out of a pipe? I try to imagine it but I still can't figure it out.
Moon sugar is a less addictive substance, correct?
Are there any descriptions of the high you get from it, because I searched both the uesp and til, but I couldn't find anything.
Are there any other drugs in TES, other than alcohol and tobacco?

But a hookah requires tobacco whereas the skooma would just fill the main chamber in that. Unless you actually don't smoke it, more like vaporize and inhale.

I'm not even sure what form skooma comes in. It's refined from a substance that looks like sugar, it comes in vials, and it can apparently be smoked. Sounds like a powder, but I'm not quite sure.

Other than the fact that it can be drank and comes in vials, I would have said it's similar to crack cocaine.

And yes, there are other drugs; look at Shivering Isles for a few examples.
Poppies exist in TES, so there's at least the potential for opiates. And morning glories, some varieties of which contain d-lysergic acid amide.

Alcohol and Moon Sugar seem to be the two big ones, though. I don't think there's ever even any mention of tobacco being smoked, is there? It's certainly not depicted as commonly as alcohol.

Okay, it's probably smoked like crack rocks.

I get the feeling that when refined, it's still a powder, but can be dissolved, which is why it can also be drunken. I get the feeling one will experience a longer lasting high when ingested, but smoking it in more intense and immediate high.

Also, game mechanics.

This seems plausible.


Nobody ever smokes bittergreen? Its only poisonous if you ingest it raw.
